About This Special Issue
Many authors claimed that, the only constant in the world today is change. Whether we like it or not change will occur regardless of whether companies and individuals prepared for it or not. Changes may arise in different dimensions as it may call for changes in strategy, structure, people, technology, management, and others. However, change can bring challenges and problems that require businesses to be equipped and prepared to counter the likely obstacles like for instance, the most common problem which is resistance from all sorts. Since, there is no universally considered solution to change, it is a welcomed idea that researchers, scholars and managers around the world could give valuable contributions through their ideas and perspectives translated into studies to update and provide sustainable guidelines, models and solutions to the constantly changing world.
The main aim of this issue is to generate more ideas from valuable sources like researches and conceptual papers to contribute to the body of knowledge and beneficial to researchers, companies, the workforce and to the society as a whole. To be able to look forward is to come up with a continuing knowledge and ideas on how change can be managed effectively that would lead to minimizing the uncertainty situations to individuals, groups and organizations.
