Most specialists in the field of cultural heritage agree on that protecting it has become a difficult challenge for the international community, in light of the multiplicity of risks that have become besetting its various components. In this regard, it sheds light on the phenomenon of globalization, which removed the borders between all countries, and exposed the heritage of some of them to extinction as a result of the influence of individuals on some cultures at the expense of those to which they belong by their nationality.
